Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns are only accepted for phones that are delivered damaged. For no other reason may a phone be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you return your order, even if it met our return policy, the system will place your account on a holding period and you will not be able to place a new order for some time while your return is reviewed.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped out. We ship out our orders right away so make sure to reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders cannot be canceled once placed even before the order has been shipped out. The standard Return Policy still applies once the order has been delivered.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
