The website says the phone may or may not work with Verizon services, should I take a chance and try it?
Officially the phone is not compatible with Verizon, but many of our customers use Verizon with the phone and therefore we cannot guarantee it will work. Sometimes it may even work for a while but may all the sudden stop. The phone is 100% compatible with T-Mobile services. You can checkout our 4G Services page with all our recommended carriers that use T-Mobile services.
My phone has no service I am using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, what should I do?
If your phone has no service and you are using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, it usually means you have a setting turned off or your location has no service with that network. Try moving to a location where that network is provided. In a rare situation where you still have no service, please contact us.
Which service providers in Israel will work with the phone?
Standard services like Hot Mobile will work with the phone
Can I use an e-sim with the phone?
No, the phone only works with a standard physical sim card.

Does the phone have a mobile hotspot?
Yes, the phone comes with a mobile hotspot.
Can I open PDFs on the phone?
Yes, the phone has a PDF reader that can be removed if needed.
How can I uninstall an app?
Most apps can be uninstalled, but once removed it cannot be recovered. Replacements or refunds will not be provided for apps that were removed by accident. To uninstall an app, hold down on the app and move it to the top to where it says uninstall and then confirm.
How can I switch between the on-screen and T9 keyboards?
When typing, swipe down from the top of the screen on the phone and press choose input method to switch keyboards.
What does the website mean when it says no video capabilities?
Any video on the phone including ones taken on the phone will not be able to be played. You can still send and receive videos. The videos in the 24Six app also cannot be played, but can still be listened to by holding them down and pressing play.
How do I know if the phone will connect to Android Auto on my car?
Some cars may require an update to Android Auto on your phone. This update is unavailable on the phone. Therefore some cars may be compatible and some not. There is no way of knowing beforehand. The Android Auto may also start work and then stop after some time.
Is there a way to adjust the phone volume using buttons?
You can adjust the volume by holding down the 8 & 0 keys. These keys can be switched in settings.

How long will it take to receive my order?

I am trying to place an order but it won't let me checkout?
If the system is not letting you checkout after you have entered all the proper information, it can be because a hold was placed on your account. If the system places a hold on your account, you will not be able to place an order for some time. The system can place a hold on your account for various reasons. Please see our return policy and terms of service for more information.

I received my phone but no longer want it, can I return it?
Returns are only accepted if you receive the phone damaged. We cannot accept a return for any other reason. Please see our return policy for more details.
I have no service on my phone, can I return it?
If your phone has no service and you are using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, it usually means you have a setting turned off or your location has no service with that network. Try moving to a location where that network is provided. In a rare situation where you still have no service, please contact us and we will check if your phone is damaged and eligible for return.
My phone is damaged can I exchange it for a new one?
If your phone is damaged, we will send you a free return label. Once we receive the one in the same condition as received we will issue a refund. Please note that after a return, the system will place a hold on your account and you will not be able to place a new order for some time. Granted that it wasn't your fault but this is how our system works. Please see our return policy for more details.
