The website says the phone may or may not work with Verizon services, should I take a chance and try it?

Officially the phone is not compatible with Verizon, but many of our customers use Verizon with the phone anyway and it works, but we cannot guarantee it will work. Sometimes it may even work for a while but may all the sudden stop. The phone is 100% compatible with T-Mobile services. You can checkout our 4G Services page with all our recommended carriers that use T-Mobile services.

My phone has no service and I am using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, what should I do?

If your phone has no service and you are using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, it usually means you have a setting turned off or your location has no service with that network. Try moving to a location where that network is provided. In a rare situation where you still have no service, please contact us.

No, the phone does not have a wifi hotspot. Only phones purchased before August 21st, 2025 include a wifi hotspot.

Yes, the phone has a PDF reader that can be removed if needed.

How can I uninstall an app?

Accepted Answer

Most apps can be uninstalled, but once removed it cannot be recovered. Replacements or refunds will not be provided for apps that were removed by accident. To uninstall an app, hold down on the app and move it to the top to where it says uninstall and then confirm.

How can I switch between the on-screen and T9 keyboards?

When typing, swipe down from the top of the screen on the phone and press choose input method to switch keyboards.

What does the website mean when it says no video capabilities?

Any video on the phone including ones taken on the phone will not be able to be played. You can still send and receive videos. The videos in the 24Six app also cannot be played, but can still be listened to by holding them down and pressing play.

How do I know if the phone will connect to Android Auto on my car?

Some cars may require an update to Android Auto on your phone. This update is unavailable on the phone. Therefore some cars may be compatible and some not. There is no way of knowing beforehand. The Android Auto may also start work and then stop after some time.Please note: Phones purchased after March 1st, 2025 will not support Android Auto at all.

You can adjust the volume by holding down the 8 & 0 keys. These keys can be switched in settings.

The phone comes with 32 GB of storage. Some are already taken up by the system.

Voice notes will only work depending on what type of phone it was sent from, not all formats are compatible.

Yes, a pin can be set on the lock screen of the phone for security purposes. The pin can consist of 4 digits only, not more or less or can be a pattern pin.

If you would like to add Android Auto to your phone, please contact us.Phones purchased before March 1st, 2025:Some cars may require an update to Android Auto on your phone. The Android Auto may also start work and then stop after some time.

How can I get 24Six to show on Android Auto?

If 24Six is not showing up on the car screen, go to our Android Auto settings in your phone. Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap Version a few times until you are asked to enable developer settings. Then in the top right menu hit developer settings and scroll down and check Unknown sources. Then go back to the regular Android Auto settings and click customize launcher and make sure 24Six is checked off. If 24Six is not showing in the settings, you may need to sign into your 24Six account and close and reopen the Android Auto settings.

Returns are only accepted if you receive the phone damaged. We cannot accept a return for any other reason. Please see our return policy for more details.

Try moving to a location where that network is provided. In a rare situation where you still have no service, please contact us and we will check if your phone is damaged and eligible for return.

My phone is damaged can I exchange it for a new one?

If your phone is damaged, we will send you a free return label. Once we receive the one in the same condition as received we will issue a refund. Please note that after a return, the system will place a hold on your account and you will not be able to place a new order for some time. Granted that it wasn't your fault but this is how our system works. Please see our return policy for more details.
