If your phone has no service and you are using one of the network providers compatible with the phone, it usually means you have a setting turned off or your location has no service with that network. Try moving to a location where that network is provided. In a rare situation where you still have no service, please contact us.

No, the phone does not have a wifi hotspot. Only phones purchased before August 21st, 2025 include a wifi hotspot.

How can I uninstall an app?

Accepted Answer

Most apps can be uninstalled, but once removed it cannot be recovered. Replacements or refunds will not be provided for apps that were removed by accident. To uninstall an app, hold down on the app and move it to the top to where it says uninstall and then confirm.

Any video on the phone including ones taken on the phone will not be able to be played. You can still send and receive videos. The videos in the 24Six app also cannot be played, but can still be listened to by holding them down and pressing play. Short videos in messages can be played.

Yes, a pin can be set on the lock screen of the phone for security purposes. The pin can consist of 4 digits only, not more or less or can be a pattern pin.

How can I get 24Six to show on Android Auto?

If 24Six is not showing up on the car screen, go to our Android Auto settings in your phone. Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap Version a few times until you are asked to enable developer settings. Then in the top right menu hit developer settings and scroll down and check Unknown sources. Then go back to the regular Android Auto settings and click customize launcher and make sure 24Six is checked off. If 24Six is not showing in the settings, you may need to sign into your 24Six account and close and reopen the Android Auto settings.

If the system places a hold on your account, you will not be able to place an order for some time. The system can place a hold on your account for various reasons. Returns are only accepted if you receive the phone damaged. We cannot accept a return for any other reason. Please see our return policy for more details.

My phone is damaged can I exchange it for a new one?

If your phone is damaged, we will send you a free return label. Once we receive the one in the same condition as received we will issue a refund. Please note that after a return, the system will place a hold on your account and you will not be able to place a new order for some time. Granted that it wasn't your fault but this is how our system works. Please see our return policy for more details.
